Message 11.5:1 on pump fuel and 12.0:1 on race fuel is ideal. 10:1 is super rich and would never occur with stock ECU and injectors at 16 psi, as it would probably lean out really quick and detonate. 280 RWHP at 16 psi no matter how you did it, indicates a very worn out motor. Intake and exhaust only adds another 20-30 rwhp and the addidtion of a standard ECU upgrade allows another 50-60 rwhp, but only because it allows you to turn up your boost safely, which you have already irresponsibly done. Congratulations, you have no idea what your doing. Please do a little research before you completely blow the motor.
